You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and any bank account or e-wallet details registered for deposit and withdrawal purposes.
You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your jo777 Account and for keeping your login credentials strictly confidential. jo777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. You must notify jo777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.
All transactions, bets, and activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether the activity was in fact carried out by you or by a third party who gained access to your credentials. jo777 bears no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

Note: Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being triggered may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds being returned to your Account Balance. Repeated failure to complete KYC may result in Account suspension.

Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited within 3–10 minutes. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawal processing times vary: e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule. All times are indicative and stated in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7).
jo777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which jo777 has no control.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your jo777 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jo777 reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers to be high-value or unusual. Withdrawals that include funds derived from Bonus credits are subject to the Wagering Requirements outlined in Clause 6.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. jo777 may request evidence of source of funds for large deposits and reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of any funds it suspects may be linked to money laundering or fraud.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by jo777 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general terms set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence only to the extent of the inconsistency.
Unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page. Bets placed on certain game types (as specified per promotion) may not count toward the Wagering Requirement or may count at a reduced rate.
Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the same promotion more than once — including through the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
jo777 reserves the right to amend the terms of, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is amended or discontinued after Bonus Funds have already been credited to your Account, those funds will remain subject to the terms that were in place at the time of credit.
Bonus Abuse: jo777 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin hedging strategies designed to exhaust Wagering Requirements with minimal risk. jo777 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and to close accounts engaged in such activity.
jo777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on events where the odds were clearly published in error (a "palpable error"). A bet is accepted only when jo777's system confirms it with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided unless the Platform explicitly offers in-play betting on that market.
Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, PBSI for Indonesian badminton, the relevant togel draw authority for numbers lottery games). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, jo777's decision — made after consultation of available official sources — is final.

Before closure is confirmed, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the normal rules, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed (subject to KYC completion), and your real-money Balance will be returned to your nominated payment method.
jo777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; failure to complete KYC; providing false registration information; or engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 8. In cases of termination for cause, jo777 may withhold or forfeit the Account Balance pending investigation.
Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue in full force.
jo777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jo777 will notify registered users via the email address on file and will publish the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.1.
